Miss Fire Rocket Kit
This kit has been my passion project for a long time. I've wanted to make an accessible, easy-to-use Level 1 and Level 2 certification kit that comes with detailed video build instructions and genuinely comes with all the things you need to build the rocket and get started with High Powered Rocketry.
This kit was designed to be purchased in two parts: Part 1 includes all the rocket parts (nosecone, airframe, fins, etc) and ships from LOC Precision. Part 2 ships from TotalBoat, which includes all of the required epoxy, fiberglass, and peel ply to make a stellar certification rocket.
You will need both parts to build the kit. I can't wait to see your builds!

The kit includes a factory pre-slotted airframe and solid ¼” through-the-wall fin construction.
Miss Fire is a robust four finned model that performs beautifully on a variety of H, I, and J motors and a Nylon Parachute Recovery.

Additional Helpful Items
These items were not included in the kit as I assumed many folks would have them lying around, but if you don't here are some quick links for tools and gloves and such!
Heavy Duty Caulk Gun
This is the last caulking gun you will ever need. It has an 18:1 gear ratio for precision application and has outperformed for every shop task we've ever needed it for.
OR a Budget Caulking Gun
This caulking gun has a 10:1 gear ratio and is a great option for rocketeers who are just getting started.
Electric Scissors
Make your life a lot easier when cutting out fiberglass sheet material by using electric scissors! We love these around the shop.
1.5" Masking Tape
The most helpful item in any shop, but at 1.5" thickness it's the perfect tape width for masking the fin can when lying down the epoxy.
Nitrile Gloves
Protect your hands! Working with epoxy and fiberglass sheet can get you into some sticky situations if you don't wear the proper PPE.
